Our core business aim is to bring the best Cloud experience to small and medium sized businesses.

We want our users to feel that using a Cloud based solution is the most usable, dependable and secure way of working.

However, each individual business will need advice on the best way that IT can help them run their business and they will need support on using software, hardware and peripherals. For this, we prefer to work with local partners. People who will get to know your individual needs, offer advice accordingly and proactively.

Also most customers have a need to transition from an ‘on-premise’ solution to an ‘on Cloud’ solution and a partner will ensure that this is a smooth and well organised transition.

However, some companies have their own IT team or person and we are more than happy to work with them as well, as (in effect) they are a very local partner working with us.

We have talked to different IT Support providers and have listened to many opinions regarding “The Cloud” vs “On Premise” deployments of IT Infrastructure and Software Applications.

As such we know that both solutions have their place and that IT Support Partners and in house teams are of great benefit to the successful adoption of technology and advice for most companies.
